In which currency are the prices displayed on the website?

All prices are generally given in EUR.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as soon as possible. Please allow 4-7 days processing time for your order to ship. Average delivery times are 15-21 days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be included with your order 3-5 days after shipment. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us.

I'm not thrilled with my order, can it be returned ? What if there is a problem?

Unfortunately, we do not grant a general right of return or exchange. We are a sustainable company and take the environment very seriously. That's why we try to keep packaging waste and shipping routes as low as possible.

We will refund you if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days (revocation) to view it. If you make use of your right of cancellation (14 days from delivery), please send us the completed cancellation form as soon as possible. Please send the goods promptly afterwards. You must return the goods at your own expense. As soon as we have received the product, we will refund you the full purchase amount. Please write your name and order number on the returned package.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without any costs within the first 24 hours! However, you must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our simple cancellation system to initiate a refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you make a typo or automatically entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. As soon as you realize that the address provided is wrong, please notify us by email! If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. After 12 hours with incorrect submission, it will be shipped. Then we can no longer initiate a refund of the purchase price.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on location. The average delivery time is 2-10 working days. In the event of delivery bottlenecks and/or other circumstances attributable to the manufacturer, the delivery time can be extended to approx. 25 days.
